Nidhi Khanna, Vice President, Program Operations

Nidhi Khanna is a nonprofit executive and business strategist with experience leading organizational growth, change management, and operational transformation across the nonprofit, social enterprise, and public sectors. She is recognized for helping organizations navigate complexity, scale impact, and align strategy, people, operations, and finance to achieve sustainable results. In her role as  Vice President, Program Operations at Skills for Change, she provides strategic and operational oversight for a multi-million dollar portfolio and multidisciplinary teams serving over 20,000 clients annually. 

What distinguishes Nidhi's leadership is her unique blend of business acumen and creative practice. Trained as an actor and storyteller along with an MBA, she combines analytical rigor with curiosity, empathy, and the ability to reframe complex challenges through new perspectives. This intersection of strategy, creativity and a human centered approach enables her to foster innovation, facilitate collaboration across diverse stakeholders, and design solutions that are both visionary and practical.
