Katrina Estey is the Director, Program Operations at Skills for Change, providing strategic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of programs and services. She is committed to ensuring high-quality program delivery, fostering innovation, and developing responsive services that reflect the evolving needs of the communities Skills for Change serves.

Throughout her career in the not-for-profit sector, Katrina has been passionate about creating accessible, inclusive, and impactful programs that support community members in reaching their goals. She holds a degree in Child and Youth Studies and is a member of the College of Early Childhood Educators. Beginning her professional journey in the child care sector, Katrina has since expanded her expertise to support a broad range of community-based programs and services.

As a collaborative and relationship-focused leader, Katrina believes that the best solutions are achieved through dialogue, partnership, and shared purpose. She is dedicated to working alongside teams and stakeholders to create meaningful programs that address community needs. Over the past decade, she has supported and coached leaders at various levels, helping to develop strong leadership capacity and high-performing teams that drive positive outcomes.
