Neale Harrison, Director, People and Culture

Neale Harrison is a senior human resources professional with over 25 years of progressive human resources expertise and experience in several of Canada’s top business organizations, supporting the recruitment, selection, coaching, assessment and development of top talent across a variety of industries and business sectors. 

Mr. Harrison has certifications in various Leadership Development & Talent Assessment tools, including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Step I, Step II & Conflict Resolution through Psychometrics Canada Ltd., Lominger Leadership Architect®, Recruiting Architect® & Development Planner Plus® Suite through Lominger Limited Inc.  

He has utilized these tools to design and delivery customized Talent Development programs for individuals, teams and clients in the private, public and not for profit sectors. 

He is a graduate of the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management where he attended the Advanced Program in Human Resources Management. He also has a diploma in Human Resources Management and Marketing Management through Durham College of Applied Arts & Technology and obtained his Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP & CHRL) designations through the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA). He is also a graduate of the Adler Graduate Professional School where he obtained his ATC certification as an Adler Trained Coach. 

Mr. Harrison has attended numerous Leadership Development programs at the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. In addition, he has an Influential Leaders Certificate from The Niagara Institute as well his Six Sigma Greenbelt certification in support of his Project Management/Continuous Improvement expertise.
