Razy Farook brings over 20 years of strategic leadership experience in digital transformation, operating model design, and large-scale organizational change across the financial services sector. As a trusted C-suite advisor, Razy has successfully guided top Canadian and global institutions through complex, multi-year transformation journeys by aligning strategy, governance, and execution to deliver sustainable outcomes.

Currently a Strategy Executive at Accenture, Razy specializes in digital and operating model transformation with deep expertise in insurance, wealth management, and banking. He has held senior leadership roles at RBC and led strategic engagements at Huge and BearingPoint, driving innovation at the intersection of people, process, and technology.

Razy holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School, where he graduated with distinction and served as Co-President of the Ivey Management Consulting Club. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia. Passionate about people development, Razy is committed to building inclusive, cross-functional teams and supporting equity-focused community organizations.
