Workplace Career Connections Program
The Workplace Career Connections Program (WCCP) is a 5-week program designed to prepare and empower internationally trained newcomers, job seekers, and underemployed workers. Participants will gain a deep understanding of Canadian workplace culture, craft an effective resume, and use interpersonal skills as a primary job search strategy.
Participants also benefit from building a strong sense of community belonging and, crucially, boosting confidence to enhance career advancement. By breaking barriers to career development, WCCP serves as a key to opportunity and self-growth, helping individuals secure work contracts and advance their careers with renewed self-assurance.
During the program, you may qualify for our childminding services.
