Accounts Payable is a submodule of SAP FI used to manage and record accounting data for all the vendors. It handles vendor invoices, approvals, payments, and other allied activities. Any posting done in accounts payable generates a respective posting to an assigned general ledger account ensuring that the sub-ledgers are always reconciled with the general ledger.

    Financial Accounting

    This topic will be discussed in the three courses. SAP FICO allows users to manage financial transactions, general ledger accounting, accounts payable and receivable, asset accounting, bank accounting, and financial statements. Training in SAP FICO helps individuals to perform these tasks efficiently, ensuring accurate and reliable financial reporting.

    Learning Outcome

    Students will learn to create the sap fico master data, perform posting g/l entries, parking a document, posting customer invoices in fi, posting a vendor invoice in fi, looking up payables & receivables reports, transfer ar between customers, clearing receivables & partial payments, taxes in sap.
