Week 1: Getting Started with QuickBooks Online
System navigation, dashboard, and company setup
Chart of accounts and tax configuration
Week 2: Sales & Receivables
Creating invoices, sales receipts, and customer payments
Managing overdue accounts
Week 3: Expenses & Payables
Recording bills, expenses, and vendor credits
Managing suppliers and payment schedules
Week 4: Banking & Reconciliation
Setting up bank feeds
Performing monthly reconciliations
Week 5: Reporting & Final Project
Customizing and analyzing financial reports
End-of-period adjustments and presentation of final project

Course Time Commitment
Duration: 5 weeks
Schedule: 2 classes per week (2.5 hours each)/ 5 hours per week

Evaluation Methods
Hands-On Exercises (50%) – Practice tasks in QBO to reinforce learning.
Quizzes (20%) – Assess knowledge of features and accounting processes.
Final Project (30%) – Full QBO setup and month-end bookkeeping simulation.
