Nicole Pitt, Board Member 

Nicole Pitt is a senior HR and organizational effectiveness leader with more than 20 years of global experience in talent strategy, leadership development, and workforce transformation. She currently serves as a strategic advisor to HR leaders, supporting executive teams in building inclusive cultures and sustainable talent practices.

Nicole has led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on employee engagement, equity and inclusion, and leadership development across complex organizations. Originally from Jamaica, she brings a global perspective and a strong commitment to inclusion and access to opportunity.

She holds advanced degrees in education and coaching and is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
