Mallory Hilkewich - Director of Programs and Services

Mallory (she/her) is a social impact leader with over 15 years of experience in program development, management, education and learning. She is passionate about supporting people to do work that matters and helping bring impactful programs to life. At Skills for Change Mallory leads an exciting portfolio including Black Community Access Programs, Sustainable Communities, and Mental Health and Wellness Services.

Throughout her career Mallory has led program development and social enterprise initiatives for several grassroots, local, and global serving charities and nonprofits, including Right To Play Indigenous Programs, Springboard Services Learning HUB, and WomanACT. She has focused on addressing deep-rooted inequities in the areas of adult and youth skill development, gender-based violence, and mental health and wellbeing.

Mallory serves on the Board of Directors for Opportunity for Advancement, a feminist social service agency. She is a trained social worker and holds an MSW in Social Justice and Community Development and a Certificate in Adult Learning and Development.
