Rosaline Graham is a Mentoring Coach in the Mentoring for Change Program.
Her role involves recruiting experience professionals from the broader community and match them with professional job seekers. Some of her responsibilities includes: screening assessing, coaching and supporting participants for the program. In addition, she delivers internal mentoring support to new staff (Onboarding) and current staff for professional development. Throughout her 19 years of experience in the immigrant service sector at Skills for Change, Rosaline has presented hundreds of mentoring training/orientation to corporate partners and mentoring participants.
Rosaline is a native of Jamaica and spend most of her adult life in Canada. Over the years, she has worked in community and social services, health care and child protection services. Her consistent passion is to help others grow and progress in all professional dimensions.
She clearly articulates that what she enjoys most about working at Skills for Change is the opportunity to work directly with those who are new to Canada, ensuring that they are equipped with “Good professional support (GPS). This she said is a conscious choice and one that she take delight in doing”
Her hobbies are creative vegetarian cooking, developing natural skin care products and art collections.
