Bridging the Gap – Dundas, Ontario
The Bridging the Gap program is an inter-generational learning project that provides free technology training, including the usage of readily available technology (e.g. public computers/tablets at retirement homes and libraries) and technology older adults may have in their possession (e.g. cell phones). Volunteers and agency staff will provide workshops and individualized training to assist seniors to connect with their community, develop new technology skills, and access online resources safely.

Volunteers and agency staff will provide workshops and individualized training to assist seniors to connect with their community, develop new technology skills, and access online resources safely.
In addition, this project has a focus on mental health and reducing social isolation for seniors.
