Welcome all visitors/clients
Answer, screen and forward telephone calls
Answer emails in the reception inbox
Schedule meetings

Receptionist –Skills

Familiar with MS Office applications (Outlook and Word). Quickbooks is a plus.
Strong oral communication
Good organization and follow-through skills
Courteous and professional demeanor
Ability to work well as part of a team
Receive and issue payments
Data entry and Provide basic information to clients
