This will be an interactive workshop to learn more about self-compassion, especially in regard to big life changes such as immigration.

Creating a safe, supportive and empowering space for women, in this group session we will discuss:

– The meaning and importance of self-compassion, especially when a person experiences a big life change

– Experience of the participants in this regard

– Healthy ways to practice self-compassion
