This will be an interactive workshop to learn healthy ways of managing and reducing stress and anxiety.
Join us for an interactive workshop on managing stress and anxiety, and also reducing them in healthy ways. A counsellor will facilitate this session, and what you share will stay confidential within the group. You will learn and improve your stress management skills. Also, we will practice a brief meditation (optional) if you are interested.
