About this Event

This will be an interactive workshop and a safe space for individuals who would like to learn more about what contributes to stress and/or anxiety, and how to manage and reduce one’s stress in a healthy way. Some of the topics discussed in this session include: mindset, perspective, patterns of the mind, mindfulness meditation, and self-compassion.
