This will be a workshop for women to learn more about healthy ways of reducing and managing stress and anxiety.

The participants will experience a safe, supportive, non-judgemental and empowering space where they can share their thoughts and emotions, and gain more self-awareness. We will explore healthy ways of managing and reducing stress and anxiety (e.g., new ways of thinking, healthy life style, mindfulness, self-compassion and more).
