In partnership with PwC, Skills for Change is hosting a newcomer women mentoring event!
PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) is a multinational professional services network with headquarters in London, United Kingdom. PwC ranks as the largest professional services firm in the world, and is one of the Big Four auditors, along with Deloitte, EY and KPMG. With more than 6,700 partners and staff from coast to coast, PwC Canada provide industry focused professional services including audit and assurance, risk assurance, tax, deals and consulting in areas such as cybersecurity and privacy, human resources, digital transformation and forensics. PwC helps resolve complex issues and identify opportunities for public, private and government clients.
A group of PwC volunteer mentors from different backgrounds including IT, HR, finance, audit, tax, consulting, etc. will take the time to speak with you about their career paths, and discuss tips and resources related to career development and advancement. You will be able to share concerns related to job search, networking techniques, effective use of social media, resume and interview preparation.
