About this Event

In this workshop, we will discuss and practice mindfulness and self-compassion. Mindfulness refers to cultivating self-awareness through being present in the moment and paying attention to one’s experiences non-judgmentally. Self-compassion refers to cultivating kindness, acceptance, and compassion towards oneself, especially during difficult times. Research suggests mindfulness and self-compassion have been very beneficial for individuals’ well-being.
