This will be an interactive workshop for women to learn more about positive psychology and how to apply its principles in one’s daily life.

We will explore what happiness means, considering each person’s unique needs, goals, and perception. Then, we will talk about what contributes to happiness (e.g., one’s perspective, healthy ways of thinking, healthy behaviour, managing relationships, self-care, self-awareness, and taking care of one’s emotions).
