Wellness during difficult times

This is a group session for individuals who would like to improve their mental and emotional well-being during challenging times.

In this session, we will discuss ways of thinking, skills, and tools that will empower us navigate life challenges, such as unexpected stressful situations, in a safe and healthy way. A Canadian certified counsellor will facilitate this workshop.
