Wellness and self-care for women (Support Group)

February 13 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

This is a support group for women, including newcomers and women in transition (e.g. career transition).

The participants will have an opportunity to meet, connect, and share their thoughts regarding their life experience, needs, challenges, concerns, and their progress.

The focus of this session will be women’s wellness and self-care, and we will have a few self-care activities depending on the participants’ needs and choice. A Canadian certified counsellor will facilitate this group session. If you have any questions, please email: nkhazraei@skillsforchange.org
