Join us to learn more about anxiety and how to cope

In this workshop, you will learn about the wide range of symptoms of anxiety, understand the symptoms of anxiety and maintain factors that can perpetuate these symptoms. You will also learn strategies to manage and help reduce symptoms of anxiety. There will be access to information about resources for those wanting further help or support.
