Join us to learn stress management techniques and how to increase your emotional resilience.
Stress is a normal part of life as it helps motivate us to complete tasks, however sometimes it can have the opposite effect by becoming so overwhelming that it affects our daily functioning. This workshop will teach stress management techniques and will also provide insight into how to use your stress to your advantage. Topics such as self-compassion, mindfulness and self-care will be covered in the session.
