Self-Esteem and Confidence

This is an interactive workshop for individuals who would like to improve confidence, build self-esteem, and improve their wellbeing.

While many believe it’s a natural character trait, confidence can be improved. We will identify what helps enhance your confidence and use it strategically to explore the positive impact of self confidence in your career and personal life. Our mental health counsellor from Skills for Change will facilitate this workshop.
