Self-Care: What It is and What It isn’t

The mental health department at Skills for Change will be holding this session.

There’s a lot of chatter about self-care these days, it can be confusing to determine what it should and should not consist of. Self-care is ultimately about taking a pause to do what you need to do to be happier, calmer, and healthier. In this workshop, we will explore what self-care is and its importance on our brain and mental well-being. We will look at common myths regarding self-care and create an action plan so that YOU decide and create your individualized experience.
