Reducing stress and anxiety

This is an interactive workshop for all individuals (adults) who would like to reduce their stress and/or feelings of anxiety.

We will discuss what contributes to stress, and how to live a healthier and calmer life. Activities such as a brief meditation, journaling, and self-compassion are included. Participants who would like to share their concerns are welcome to do so. A certified counsellor will facilitate this workshop and will explain how you can receive more support if you need it.
