In this workshop we will discuss healthy ways of reducing and managing stress:

This is a virtual workshop to learn more about healthy ways of reducing and managing one’s stress and or symptoms of anxiety. The workshop will be facilitated by a certified counsellor. It consists of informational presentation and time for participation and discussion. It is optional to participate.
