Join our interactive workshop to learn strategies for balancing your work and life.

Working from home has presented challenges in separating one’s work life and personal life. This interactive workshop will provide strategies on how to implement changes that allow you to prioritize your wellbeing while maintaining professional success. Strategies include increasing your productivity during working hours, setting boundaries and participating in self-care methods to improve your mental wellbeing. There will also be opportunities to ask questions, share your story and connect with others.
