Moving Forward with Grief

The mental health department at Skills for Change will be holding this session.

As hard as it may be to accept, loss is a natural part of life. And grief is a normal and natural response to loss, as it can create a great deal of pain and suffering. There’s no right or wrong way to grieve, as it is very individualized, and everyone experiences it differently. The one thing that is universal about it is that in all cases, it is important to cope with it, rather than ignore it. In this workshop, we will explore the stages and types of grief, and identify ways to cope with it.
