Mindfulness and stress reduction for women

This is an interactive workshop for all women who are interested in learning more about healthy ways of reducing stress.

We will discuss what stress means, and how we can reduce it. Some of the topics we will cover include: self-awareness, mindfulness skills, patterns of thoughts and behaviour related to stress and stress reduction. We will also practice a brief calming mindfulness meditation.
