This is a Free virtual workshop on mindfulness. In this session we will discuss:
• What mindfulness means
• Components of mindfulness
• Why practice it? How it can be beneficial
• Forms and ways of practicing mindfulness
• A brief mindfulness meditation will be included
• Time for discussion and questions/answers will be included
This session will be facilitated by a Canadian certified counsellor.
