Mindfulness

Are you looking for an evidence based practice that would help you find your inner peace?

This is a virtual workshop to learn more about mindfulness, its theory, what it means, benefits of practicing mindfulness and forms of practicing mindfulness. This workshop will be facilitated by a certified counsellor. We will also have a brief mindfulness-based meditation.
