English Description: In this workshop we will be learning the importance of Mental Health First Aid, how we can offer help and what we need to do depending on individual situation and needs. You will also learn the basic objectives of providing prompt assistance to people who need help, in order to prevent complicated mental health problems and ensure safety of everyone in the community.
