Join us to learn professional techniques to boost self-esteem will be explained by a clinical counsellor.
In this workshop behavioural traits that depict low self-esteem will be identified as well as the impacts they have on our adjustment to life, work and relationships will be explained.
Sometimes, we are unaware that we have low self-esteem and therefore how it affects other areas of our lives negatively. It is difficult to seek help when we are unsure of what the problem is, therefore this workshop will help you to understand yourself better and how to improve your mental wellbeing.
