How to reduce isolation during the pandemic

This is a virtual workshop to learn more about managing and reducing isolation.

In this session we will discuss what social isolation means, what contributes to it, and how we can manage it in a safe and healthy way. We will also talk about healthy ways of creating and maintaining healthy and meaningful human connections, building your social support, and reducing stress during the pandemic.
