How to deal with Procrastination

Are you wondering if you could manage/reduce procrastination?
Have you ever planned to complete important task/assignment/revise for exam — and then end up lying in bed contemplating or surfing the internet for more than 5 hours? Or perhaps you suddenly realize that the dog needs to be fed, emails need to be answered, your ceiling fan needs dusting — or maybe you should go ahead and have lunch, even though it’s only 11 a.m.? Our mental health counsellor from Skills for Change will facilitate this workshop to understand more about the procrastination cycle and see how to step-by-step create a healthier lifestyle.
