Online workshop on Healthy Eating Principles

Attend this engaging and interactive free workshop on Healthy Eating Principles with our guest speaker, Bruna Rizvanolli.

In the Healthy Eating principals’ workshop, we will cover the following objectives:
· What are macronutrients and micronutrients
· The importance of a food diary
· Understanding portion sizes
· How to boost your health, at breakfast, lunch and dinner

Bruna Rizvanolli is a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Life Skills Coach. In addition to nutrition background, she is a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Strength & Conditioning Coach. She enjoys helping people to prioritize their health by educating them to nourish their bodies through healthy eating, while encouraging them to become active and set fitness goals.
