This is an interactive workshop and a safe space for all individuals who would like to feel happier more often.
Based on positive psychology we will explore what relevant theories and research studies suggest about happiness. Respecting individual differences, participants may share what happiness means to them personally. We will also discuss happiness during challenging times such as big life changes, and what we can do to feel happier more often. A Canadian certified counsellor will facilitate this workshop.
