When the demands of life become overwhelming, we might find ourselves going through the motions without reflection of our progress towards our goals or checking-in our mental wellbeing. This interactive workshop will provide mindfulness techniques to increase your emotional awareness and help you feel more engaged in your life. It will also go through what being on ‘autopilot’ means and why it occurs.
