Fulfilling Happiness and Joy during challenging times

Join us to learn more on how to find joy and happiness during difficult times and to connect with other people in a safe, virtual way.

This virtual workshop for older adults who feel the need to laugh, create peace with self and learn techniques and terms about joy and happiness under the mental health and wellness department at Skills for Change. The session will be facilitated by a certified clinical counsellor. An introduction to a fun and engaging laughing activity to do to as a group to increase longevity and come to peace with our mind, body, and soul will be incorporated.
