Cultivating Joy and Happiness

Join our session to learn more about cultivating joy and happiness as an older adult.

This virtual workshop is for older adults (55+) who would like to take a moment to laugh, create peace with self and learn techniques to cultivate joy and happiness with the mental health and wellness department at Skills for Change. The session will be facilitated by a certified clinical counsellor. Maiko Taku, a registered social worker, will also introduce a fun and engaging laughter yoga to do to increase longevity and peace with our mind, body, and soul.
