Creative Expression of Emotions

This is a virtual workshop to learn about different ways of processing and expressing your emotions in a safe and healthy way.

You do not need to be a professional artist or have prior experience. It is helpful to have some tools/media (e.g., color pencils) and it can be as simple as paper and pen/pencil.
