Changing our Thought Patterns with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

The mental health department at Skills for Change will be holding this session.
Do you ever find yourself following a certain train of thought, without consciously deciding to go down that path, and it leads to a sad or upsetting conclusion? I think we all know that the answer to this question is ‘yes’ if you are a human being, because we all have faulty ways of thinking whether we are aware of them or not. In this workshop, we are going to use the teachings of Cognitive Behavioral Theory to learn how to identify and reframe or restructure these faulty ways of thinking.
