Burnout & Mental Health

This workshop will examine ways to prevent burnout and thrive at work or in school.

At some point in our life many of us will experience work-related or study-related stress that leaves us struggling to cope. But how do we know when we’re experiencing burnout and what can we do about it? Our mental health counsellor from Skills for Change will facilitate this workshop.
