- Creation of invoices, credit notes and pro-forma invoices
- Looking up customer A/R and posting customer payments

- Students will learn overview of Supply Chain Management, its components, Supply Chain Planning: Understanding demand planning, supply planning, production planning, and materials planning processes. Supply Chain Execution: Understanding procurement, production, and delivery processes, and how to manage the flow of goods and services. Supply Chain analytics reporting.
- Students will learn the important procedures such as Warehouse Management including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and storage. About the Instructor:
Yogesh Kalra, MBA, University of Toronto has over 25 years of experience in SAP plus over 8 years of experience in Business. He is also an author of several books on various areas in SAP available on Amazon and other book stores. In the teaching of the course, he integrates actual work scenarios with SAP training to provide a real world understanding of SAP hands on the system.
