Course Overview
- SAP FI, MM and SD overview
- Transaction codes, tables, queries, reporting, document flow and general navigation, enterprise structure
- MM & SD – creation of vendor, customer master and their interface with FI
- MM – creation of purchase information records, purchase requisitions, release of requisitions, purchase orders and release of purchase orders
- MM – Goods receipt and invoice receipt (manual and evaluated)
- Creation of sales orders
- Creation of deliveries from sales orders and purchase orders (inter company transactions)
- Creation of shipments and shipment cost documents
- Creation of invoices, credit notes and pro-forma invoices
- Looking up customer A/R and posting customer payments
- Looking up vendor A/P and posting vendor payments
- Creation of G/L accounts
- Set up of automatic payments

- SAP SCM deals with the management of supply chain processes, and learning it will give you a deep understanding of the end-to-end supply chain processes involved in procurement, production, and logistics.
- Students will learn overview of Supply Chain Management, its components, Supply Chain Planning: Understanding demand planning, supply planning, production planning, and materials planning processes. Supply Chain Execution: Understanding procurement, production, and delivery processes, and how to manage the flow of goods and services. Supply Chain analytics reporting.
- Students will learn the important procedures such as Warehouse Management including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and storage. Transportation Management: Understanding transportation management processes, including route planning, shipment tracking, and freight calculation.

About the Instructor:
Yogesh Kalra, MBA, University of Toronto has over 25 years of experience in SAP plus over 8 years of experience in Business. He is also an author of several books on various areas in SAP available on Amazon and other book stores. In the teaching of the course, he integrates actual work scenarios with SAP training to provide a real world understanding of SAP hands on the system.
