assist individuals and families who have
moved to Canada from other countries and
need orientation, information and referrals
to services in order to settle and integrate
in Canada.
We provide the following free Settlement
services:

Direct Settlement service can provide
newcomers with professional assistance with
many aspects of integrating into the
Canadian society.
Some of the aspects include:

Settlement Mentoring
This component is designed to partner
newcomers with individuals who can help
accelerate the settlement process through a
tailored, one-on-one mentoring relationship.
Newcomers can benefit from this program by
receiving personal guidance and support to
make the transition/settlement process
quicker and easier.
Some of the aspects a mentor can help are:

about/ the Canadian culture (food,
clothing, etiquette, diversity, cultural
adaptation, work, life)

Increasing your Networking skills and
building your own network
