Mentoring for Change |
|
Skills for Change piloted mentoring services
for internationally trained professions in
Toronto in 1993. Today we offer employment,
settlement, and language mentoring services
to immigrants and newcomers from all walks
of life. Our mentees’ high level of
success—75% of participants in employment
mentoring gain employment in their fields
after being matched for only three months on
average—is a testament to the strength and
relevance of our volunteer mentors. |
